Photo uploads and previews

When you use the preview maker, the uploaded photo is processed to create diamond painting previews, size advice and quality scores. The generated preview files may be stored so the tool can show the result again without recalculating every variant.

Do not upload photos that you are not allowed to use. Avoid sensitive documents, IDs or private images that are not needed for checking a diamond painting result.

B2B API and dashboard data

Webshop users can create API keys and preview jobs through the API. For that flow we store account details, API key metadata, job status, webhook configuration and preview references needed to run the service and support integrations.

Raw API keys are shown only when they are created. After that, the system stores hashed credentials and prefixes for verification.

If you contact us through email or the contact page, we use your message and contact details to answer your question or investigate a technical issue.

Technical logs

Like most web services, the server may process technical logs such as request time, URL, status code, IP address, browser information and error details. These logs are used for security, debugging and service reliability.

ChatGPT Ads measurement through OpenAI

Only after you allow marketing measurement, the OpenAI Pixel measures page views, successful preview generation and paid orders. Page measurements contain the page address and title. Order measurements contain the amount, currency, product type and quantity, but never payment card details.

The OpenAI Pixel can also process the source URL, timestamp, an OpenAI click reference and supported contact details found on the page. Supported contact details are normalized and hashed with SHA-256 in your browser when automatic advanced matching is active.

You can reject this measurement or change your choice later through Measurement settings. Your choice is stored for 180 days.

Your choices

You can ask us to review, correct or delete data connected to your account, support request or preview job when deletion is technically and legally possible. Some records may need to be kept temporarily for security, abuse prevention, accounting or service reliability.
