How you finish a card
- Peel back a corner of the protective film — not the whole card, or the glue collects dust.
- Tip one colour of drills into the tray and shake until they sit face up.
- Press the wax into the pen, pick up a drill and set it on its symbol.
- Work one colour at a time and press the finished area flat with the back of a book.
Round or square drills
Card sets use the shaped drills the design was printed for, so there is nothing to choose here. On a canvas the choice does matter: square drills sit edge to edge and give a solid surface, round ones are quicker to place and leave a small gap.
