Terms of Service
Samautomation (Wognum, the Netherlands) runs Diamond Painting Converter at diamondpaintingconverter.com. These terms cover the preview tool, Pattern Studio, the desktop app, the diamond painting cards shop, the B2B API and the AI assistant connection. They are written in English and apply to every visitor. Read the privacy policy for how your data is handled.
What the service does
You upload a photo and the tool computes a diamond painting preview with size advice and quality scores. Pattern Studio turns a photo into an editable DMC symbol chart, the paint by numbers converter does the same for paint, and purchased patterns can be read and rendered as a print-ready PDF with a DMC color legend. Webshops can use the B2B API to create previews for their customers.
A preview is a computed estimate based on your photo and your settings. Always check the result and the size advice before you order anything.
Your photos
Only upload photos that you are allowed to use and share. Do not submit passwords, credentials or confidential records. You stay responsible for the photos you submit.
Orders, payment and delivery
Payments run through a secure Stripe checkout, with iDEAL, credit card and more. A digital product (a pattern PDF or a desktop license) is delivered after Stripe confirms the payment; the download link and license are also sent by email.
The desktop app is sold as a personal license. A purchase includes a year of updates.
Diamond painting card sets are shipped to the address entered at checkout. You can cancel before dispatch and use your statutory withdrawal rights after delivery; contact us first so we can give you the correct return address.
Connecting an AI assistant
You can connect your Diamond Painting Converter account to an AI assistant through OAuth. After you give permission, the assistant can list the patterns linked to your account, show a pattern's fixed settings, and make the print-ready PDF after you confirm the dimensions. Ordering, paying and subscription changes stay on this website; the assistant cannot do them.
The connection reads only patterns linked to your own account. Your email address, delivery address, payment details and secret purchase link never go to the assistant. Your source photo is processed on our server and is not sent to the assistant.
The permission stays valid until you withdraw it. Revoke access on the connections page: that removes the assistant's access, not your purchase or pattern. Access tokens expire after one hour and refresh tokens after at most ninety days.
Acceptable use
Use the service and the API as they are meant to be used: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no sharing of API keys beyond your own organisation. Your purchase link is confidential: whoever holds it can open the order and link a not-yet-linked pattern, so do not share it in a chat.
Ownership
The service, its software and its content are the property of Samautomation. You keep the rights to the photos you submit.
